Polished concrete

Concrete grinding is carried out in several stages – leveling, vibrating and drawing of the concrete, spreading of surface hardener, grinding and application of impregnator.

Renovation of concrete surface

Concretes which have lost their luster, polished finish; concrete with a damaged surface layer; concrete which has started to get damaged or corrode, etc.

Stamped concrete

Surface which can be installed for parking places, walkways, etc. The company can offer a large variety of patterns and shapes of stamped concrete, and also different colours.

Preparation of the substrate and application of the concrete

The first step is to prepare the surface where the concrete will be laid. After the concrete mixture is ready, it is applied to the prepared substrate.

Sprinkling of surface hardener

This is a stage in which a surface hardener (powdered mixture with cement admixtures) is sprinkled on the already vibrated concrete mixture.

Concrete stamping, smoothing and finishing touches

This is the stage where stamps are applied to the fresh concrete to create the desired textural effect. Stamps can imitate different materials such as stone, brick, wood and others.

Results

Once these steps are done correctly, the result is a durable and aesthetically pleasing stamped concrete surface that can be used for a variety of projects such as walkways, plazas, paths, patios, and more.
