This is the stage where the concrete is poured, vibrated and levelled through various technical means. The vibrating screed is the tool by which the concrete is being compacted by vibration and prepared for the important initial exhaust of the air captured in the concrete.

Spreading of a surface hardener

This is the stage where the cover surface hardener (powdered mixture with cement additives) is being spread over the already vibrated concrete mix. The Surface hardener is 7 times more wear-resistant than the concrete and is applied to extend the life of the flooring. It is available in different colours – green, red, blue, yellow, natural (gray).

Grinding stage

Here at this first stage of grinding of concrete the surface hardener is being packed into the concrete thus causing strong adhesion between them. “Helicopters” of different sizes are used therefor.
Grinding of concrete takes place in several stages, where at each subsequent stage smoothness is getting better as well as the polishing finish.

Spreading of impregnator

This is the stage, where the impregnator is being spread over; it is a water-based solution that seals and protects the freshly applied flooring and gives it a well finished and aesthetic appearance.
